The mentorship programme is a result of this belief.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Under this initiative each teacher who is referred as a mentor has been assigned the responsibility to oversee the all-round development of up to 10 students. The mentor ensures that each student under their mentorship is able to cope up with the academics; they do this by observing their performance during various assessments, through their notebooks etc. and follow-up with their respective subject teachers to identify if there is a need of extra support. They also oversee their involvement in co-curricular and extracurricular activities to ensure no student is deprived of learning opportunities that are provided at MBIS.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
