On Saturday, Remsons 9th International Research Conference based on “One Earth, One Family, One Future-Transformation Strategy for Business Growth” was held in Durgadevi Saraf Global Business School and Durgadevi Saraf Institute of Management Studies.
The event started with lighting the lamp to Goddess Saraswati by the Chief Guest Mr. Krishna Kejriwal, CMD, Remsons Industries Ltd, and Keynote Speaker,Ms. Andrea Kuhn, Consul- General of South Africa and Director DSIMS and DSGS, Dr. C. Babu and Dr. Sarita Vichore followed by National Anthem and then welcome address given by the Chief Convenor Dr. Sumana Chaudari.
After the welcome speech, introduction about the conference to the gathering was given by Dr. C. Babu Director DSIMS, and Dr. Sarita Vichore Director DSGS, in which they keenly spoke about G20 Summit and to have Curiosity, Critical Thinking, and Resilience in order to become a Researcher. Inaugural Address was then given by Mr. Krishna Kejriwal in which he spoke about the meaning of slogan “One Earth- Protection of the Planet, One Family- Solidarity, and One Future- In terms of Equality and Health Benefits”, and then the Keynote Speaker Ms. Andrea Kuhn spoke about G20 Summit, the problems and challenges for G20 Summit, principles that guides BRICS, and Moving to become one polarized world. At the end of Inaugural session, vote of thanks was given by the Convenor of the event Dr. Sunita Pujar and post break paper presentations were started by the participants, who were the Scholars, Professors, and Students.
There were total 14 participants who presented their research work for which the Judge of the competition Dr. Krupa Rai gave some valuable feedback to the participants and then announcement of the winners was made from the presentations given by the participants from which 3rd prize was given to Ms. Riya Sodha and Ms. Pooja Goswami for the topic Understanding the Impact of Employee well-being on Employee Retention, 2nd prize to Prof. Ravindra Dey for Impact of Self-Efficacy, Resilience, Role Clarity and Autonomy on Employee Engagement and 1st prize to Dr. Sarika Jain for Exploring the Role of CSR on Organisational Commitment and Job Satisfaction: A study of Banking Sector.
At the end of this most prestigious event, Vote of Thanks was given by Prof. Vivek Sharma followed by Tea-Break and Networking with everyone and the event came to a successful end.
